Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B tele sales, team leadership, and achieving aggressive sales targets. You will be responsible for managing a team of tele sales representatives, driving outbound sales performance, and contributing to overall business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and manage a team of tele sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Develop and implement effective tele sales strategies tailored for B2B markets. Monitor team KPIs (calls, conversions, pipeline activity) and provide regular performance feedback. Ensure consistent outbound call activity and high-quality customer interactions. Drive lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. 1+ years of experience in B2B tele sales Strong understanding of outbound B2B sales techniques and lead generation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Goal-driven and comfortable working in a target-based environment.
