As a Sales Manager-Cross Sell (SME Loans), you will be responsible for driving the sales of SME loans through cross-selling to existing customers and acquiring new customers. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for SME loans cross-sell and new customer acquisition Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, networking, etc. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify cross-selling opportunities Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient processing of SME loan applications Stay updated with market trends, competition and customer needs to provide valuable insights for product development and sales strategies Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Retail Banking department Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in SME loans or retail banking Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and relationship building skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in MS Office and CRM software Willingness to travel within the assigned territory If you are a self-driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and SME loans, we want to hear from you!
