Sales Manager-Cross Sell (SME Loans)

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for cross selling of SME loans
• Identify and target potential customers for SME loans through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable SME loan products
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with other departments within the bank to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing and customer service
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management
• Train and mentor junior sales team members to improve their cross selling skills
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong understanding of SME loan products and market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel as needed
