We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CPL International Sales Executive/Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving international CPL (Cost Per Lead) campaigns by identifying, pitching, and closing business with global advertisers, agencies, and partners. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation models, and international sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients globally for CPL (Cost Per Lead) campaigns.
• Pitch CPL campaign solutions to advertisers, agencies, and direct brands.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Negotiate rates, campaign budgets, and performance targets.
• Collaborate with internal delivery and ad operations teams to ensure campaign success.
• Monitor campaign performance and ensure leads meet client quality expectations.
• Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights for business growth.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in international B2B sales, preferably in CPL or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Comfortable working across different time zones and cultures.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and online marketing platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Prior experience in Affiliate marketing sales.
• Network of global advertisers or agencies is a strong advantage.
