This is regarding job opening with NBFC

Location - Chennai

Designation =- Sales - Construction Finance

Experience - 12-17 years

Role & Responsibilities

Strong relationship background having good contacts with leading real estate developers in respective market and as well consultants / intermediaries
Support negotiation, initiate deal discussions, generate new relationships, etc.
Maintain existing client relationships and leverage future potential business
Conduct frequent site visits and stay updated with the current market developments.
Oversee the delivery through team on CC notes, Cash flow Analysis, Financial Modeling, sensitivity analysis
Identify key inferences and highlighting the same
Coordinating with other stakeholders like legal, compliance, finance, Audit from time to time for various due diligence, reporting etc
Keep the management updated about key market drivers, competition etc.
Strong in micro market analysis in terms of demand supply, price trends, new launches, client preferences etc
Post funding monitoring of the sales, price trends, escrow movements etc to ensure and healthy investment and exist from the projectRole & responsibilities
