Sub Zero is India’s leading manufacturer of reefer boxes and temperature-controlled transport solutions. We serve pharma, food, agriculture, and logistics industries, ensuring safe movement of temperature-sensitive goods with reliable, durable, and innovative products.
We are hiring Sales & Business Development Executives to drive growth in key regions. You will be responsible for expanding Sub Zero’s presence, building client relationships, and driving sales of cold chain solutions. This is a field-based B2B sales role with strong exposure to India’s top pharma, logistics, and food companies.
Generate leads & identify new business opportunities in target sectors
Pitch and present Sub Zero reefer solutions to potential clients
Build and manage strong client relationships
Handle negotiations & close sales deals
Conduct client visits, demos, and support during sales cycle
Territory mapping & market research
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
Represent Sub Zero at industry events & exhibitions
Regular travel within the assigned region to grow business and build market presence.
2-5 years of B2B sales/business development experience
Experience in cold chain, logistics, or commercial vehicles
Excellent communication, negotiation & follow-up skills
Willingness for field sales & client visits
Sales experience in refrigerated vehicles, reefer containers, or cold storage
Degree in Business, Engineering, or Marketing
Familiarity with CRM tools and regional market knowledge
