Job Description

We are looking for a skilled sales professional with 5 to 11 years of experience to lead our CNC machine tools or CNC cutting tool sales team in Bangalore, Delhi, and Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on capital goods like CNC machine tools or CNC cutting tools.

Roles and Responsibility

Drive and achieve direct sales targets in the region.
Create and implement effective sales plans to meet business objectives.
Engage with users to ensure product satisfaction and gather testimonials.
Build relationships with industrial associations and OEMs to generate leads.
Analyze sales data and suggest fresh sales strategies to improve performance.
Develop and maintain good customer contacts at senior levels, including CEOs and business owners.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or Production Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience with capital goods like CNC machine tools or CNC cutting tools.
Possess good presentation skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 solutions, shop floor technical terms, and user pain points is preferable.
Demonstrate good networking skills with CNC machine tool/cutting tool sellers in the region for lead generation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
