Job Description

Position: Sales Manager

Location: Plamoodu - Thekkamoodu Rd, Junction, Thiruvananthapuram

Compensation: 80,000 to 1,00,000 + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Build and manage a sales pipeline of institutional clients, including schools, colleges etc.
Lead a team of sales representatives, providing training, coaching, and performance management.
Conduct presentations, demos, and consultations to showcase the value of our EdTech solutions.
Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives and optimize lead generation.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM.
Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage pricing discussions in line with company policy.
Deliver regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to drive product-market fit.

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience in sales (Preferably Edu Tech Industry).
Strong leadership skills and ability to meet business objectives.
Target and Result-driven professional with experience in EdTech.
