DS-Max is hiring candidates for the sales team. We have openings from the executive level to the manager level, preferably with a real estate background.

We are seeking candidates from the Insurance, hospitality, stock market, & Automobile industry as well.

Position Overview: The Sales Head will be responsible for the overall sales of range of Flats. Being in a senior leadership role responsible for leading the sales efforts related to residential apartment units within a real estate development. This role involves setting and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, managing a sales team, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Head plays a crucial role in driving revenue generation, establishing customer relationships, and contributing to the success of the real estate project.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and residential property trends.
• Familiarity with sales technologies and CRM systems.
