Job Summary:

Structural Designer

Skills required:

Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design, particularly in high-rise residential projects.
Strong knowledge of structural systems and materials including RCC and steel.
Proficient in Revit, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, and ETABS.
Previous experience with design consultancies or real estate developers/builders or design firm preferred.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct structural design and analysis of high-rise residential buildings.
Prepare, review, and finalize structural drawings, reports, and technical documentation.
Collaborate effectively with architects, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of structural systems.
Ensure compliance with relevant local building codes and international standards.
Support project teams with technical insights and value-added engineering solutions.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in value engineering and structural optimization.
We are hiring for Multiple position in Structural designer.
Familiarity with Indian Standards (IS codes) and other applicable building regulations.
