Job Summary:

Landscape Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop

  innovative landscape designs

  for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare

  conceptual sketches, master plans, and 3D visualizations

  .
• Select suitable

  plants, materials, hardscape elements, and irrigation systems

  .
• Collaborate with

  architects, civil engineers, and project managers

  for seamless integration of landscape elements.
• Ensure compliance with

  environmental and zoning regulations

  .
• Conduct

  site analysis, feasibility studies, and soil testing

  .
• Present design proposals to

  clients, stakeholders, and government authorities

  .
• Oversee

  on-site execution

  to ensure designs are implemented as planned.
• Stay updated with the

  latest trends, software, and sustainability practices

  in landscaping.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in

  Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or related field

  .
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, Revit, and GIS software

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  horticulture, irrigation systems, and sustainable landscaping

  .
• Ability to work with

  budgets, timelines, and project constraints

  .
• Excellent

  visualization, presentation, and communication skills

  .
• Experience in

  urban planning, rooftop gardens, parks, and green infrastructure projects
