Landscape Designer

As a Landscape Designer at our company located in Mohali, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing landscape projects for a variety of clients including residential, commercial, and institutional spaces. You should possess a strong aesthetic sense, plant knowledge, and practical experience in site design and project supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Develop landscape designs and layouts for various types of spaces such as villas, farmhouses, apartments, offices, and public areas. - Conduct thorough site analysis including factors like sunlight, soil, space, drainage, and existing vegetation. - Create concept designs, 2D/3D renderings, and planting plans utilizing software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar tools. - Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints. - Provide recommendations on suitable plants, materials, and irrigation systems based on project needs. - Manage on-site supervision to ensure high quality and timely completion of projects. - Keep abreast of sustainable and modern landscape design trends. - Prepare project presentations, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for client approval. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Interior Design, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape design or project execution; freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply. - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop. - Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills. - Knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and outdoor materials. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively coordinate with teams. Preferred: - Experience working on residential or corporate landscape projects. - Demonstrated strong aesthetic sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
