Choose appropriate plant species and other landscaping materials, such as hardscape elements, retaining walls, and outdoor structures.
Meet with clients to understand their needs, present designs etc
Key skills and qualifications:
Technical skills: Proficiency in design software like CADD
Creative and design skills: Strong creative design thinking and the ability to use elements to transform spaces.
Project management skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Soft skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and team interactions, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Educational background: A degree in landscape architecture or a related field is typically required.
