Role & responsibilities: Lead field sales activities in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, and Kerala Identify and acquire new customers in the wire harness and electronics testing industry Support and develop existing customer accounts with technical and commercial consultation Promote Feinmetall's range of contact probes, test solutions, and accessories Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1s, EMS, and test solution providers Develop and execute business plans with short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals Conduct market analysis and identify future opportunities and trends Coordinate with global and regional teams to support project and customer requirements In-depth understanding of wire harness testing and PCB testing processes (ICT, FCT, EOL) Familiarity with test fixture concepts and test jig integration Good knowledge of spring contact probes, test accessories, and measurement tools Exposure to working with test houses, EMS companies, or automotive suppliers is preferred Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical testing principles Preferred candidate profile: Degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Engineering 3 to 8 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in test and measurement or electronics industry Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mind-set Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively Fluent in English (written and spoken); local language knowledge is an advantage Willingness to travel extensively within the region
