Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Dumka. The Sales Manager will oversee and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets, develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, and guide and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent performance. The individual will be responsible for evaluating market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring effective execution of sales campaigns while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Negotiation
Strong Relationship Management and Customer Service expertise
Team Leadership and Coaching abilities to guide sales teams effectively
Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Analytical thinking and ability to interpret market trends to inform decisions
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
