Job Description

▪️Develop and execute strategies to meet enrollment targets for UPSC, PCS, and other government exam courses. ▪️Lead, manage, and mentor a team of telecallers, counselors, and field executives. ▪️Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and counseling performance. ▪️Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners. ▪️Track market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences. ▪️Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to run campaigns and outreach programs. ▪️Ensure timely and quality responses to all student inquiries. ▪️Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly performance reports with the management.
