Job Title: Real Estate Sales manager

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Employment Type: Full-Time


About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and property portals.

• Meet and greet prospective clients to discuss their property requirements.

• Present, promote, and sell residential/commercial real estate projects.

• Conduct site visits with clients and provide complete project details.

• Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and property laws.


Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).

• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market will be an added advantage.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

• Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
