Job Description

As a Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage the daily productivity levels of Field Sales Officers (FOS) and achieve target business numbers such as disbursement, PF collection, Insurance attachment, etc. You will be required to develop short-term and long-term strategies to effectively reach the business targets. Providing product trainings and refresher training sessions to both existing and new team members will also be a crucial aspect of your role. Effective communication is key in this position. You will need to clearly communicate instructions to team members and be open to receiving feedback on daily calling processes, client visits, conversions, and more. Additionally, you will be expected to lead, motivate, and support underperforming team members to help them reach the minimum benchmark productivity levels. Your role will also involve data management tasks such as massaging data and allocating it to FOS engaged in day-to-day business activities in a strategic manner. Furthermore, you will be responsible for hiring and retaining FOS to ensure a consistent threshold seat occupancy level throughout the month. Please note that other dynamic Key Result Areas (KRAs) may be added subsequently based on evolving business requirements.,
