Job Description

You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and sales within the banking or financial services industry. Your role will require strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to successfully engage with clients and drive sales. It is essential to have the ability to think strategically and create effective sales plans to achieve targets. A good knowledge of banking and financial products and services is necessary for this position. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. Any experience in the merchant acquiring industry would be considered a plus. The job is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts and morning shifts.
