About the Role

This role requires a result-focused professional who can identify new business opportunities, engage with prospects, and convert leads into long-term customers. The focus will be on market expansion, revenue growth, and maintaining strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute strategies to generate new business and expand the customer base.
  • Meet clients, present solutions, and understand their requirements clearly.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.
  • Track sales activities, maintain pipeline updates, and ensure timely closures.

Who Can Apply:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in field sales / business development (BFSI preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable with field interactions.
