Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Haldwani. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying and pursuing new client opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships. They will lead and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed targets, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to leadership. The role requires coordination with other teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives.

• Experience in identifying market opportunities and developing strategic sales plans
• Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, Branding, and Business Strategies is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role or industry is preferred
