Job Description

Bright Bay Group of Institutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and execute student enrollment and institutional sales strategies. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the education sector and a proven ability to drive admissions growth, manage sales teams, and build strong relationships with students, parents, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase student enrollments across programs.

Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions/sales team to achieve individual and organizational targets.

Plan and execute outreach activities such as school visits, education fairs, seminars, and counseling sessions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, schools, agents, and corporate partners.

Track leads, conversions, and sales performance using CRM tools and reports.

Coordinate with marketing teams to align campaigns with enrollment goals.

Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and student preferences to refine sales strategies.

Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the admission process.

Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to senior management.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales/admissions within the education sector (schools, colleges, universities, training institutes, or ed-tech).

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment/sales targets.

Experience in managing and motivating a sales or admissions team.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office tools.

Willingness to travel for outreach and promotional activities.
