Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our B2C sales team. The ideal candidate has prior experience in the travel or hospitality sector and is capable of managing a high-performing team, driving revenue, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 10 or more sales executives.
Define and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Monitor lead pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
Train new and existing team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to streamline communication and processes.
Track sales KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a managerial sales role in the travel or hospitality industry.
Proven experience in team leadership and target-driven environments.
Strong understanding of the travel sales cycle and customer behavior.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance tracking systems.
