Job Summary

Responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and managing distributor/retail networks for cosmetic products in the general trade channel. Ensures achievement of sales targets, strong market execution, and effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies for general trade to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Manage and grow distributor networks, wholesale partners, and retail accounts.
Lead, train, and motivate sales representatives to ensure high-quality market execution.
Monitor secondary and primary sales, stock levels, and ensure efficient distribution.
Drive merchandising, visibility, and promotional activities in key outlets.
Conduct regular market visits to track competition, pricing trends, and consumer insights.
Ensure effective route planning, retailer engagement, and new outlet acquisition.
Experience in handling of larger team
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for management.

Requirements

Bachelors degree (MBA preferred).
1015 years of sales experience in
cosmetics, Beauty & Personal care
with strong exposure to
general trade
.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributors.
Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
