Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, your role involves managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls. You will be responsible for meeting planned sales goals and setting individual sales targets with the sales team. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary, as well as overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team, are key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be coordinating with marketing on lead generation and ensuring the ongoing training of your salespeople.
