Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager located in Kochi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and overseeing a sales team. The role involves setting targets, analyzing sales data, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Management, and Sales Analysis
Strong ability in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Service
Proficiency in Market Research and identifying new market opportunities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving set targets
