Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in C&I client management and sales within the energy, power, or heavy electrical machinery sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of cutting-edge energy storage solutions in India’s rapidly evolving power landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage B2B sales opportunities for our BESS portfolio in the C&I segment
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in commercial and industrial organizations
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations for clients
• Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the energy storage sector

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy, Business, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in energy, power equipment, or heavy electrical machinery
• Demonstrated experience in handling C&I clients
• Strong understanding of energy storage, power solutions, or electrical systems (preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about sustainable energy
