Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    health insurance sales

    through assigned

    Axis Bank branches in Gossaigaon & Dhubri

    .
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with

    Branch Managers, RMs, and Personal Bankers

    to generate consistent business.
  • Conduct

    daily branch visits, lead generation activities, and joint customer calls

    to drive conversions.
  • Deliver

    product training sessions

    to Axis Bank staff to enhance awareness and motivate them to generate leads.
  • Consistently

    achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

    set by the company.
  • Ensure

    100% compliance

    with IRDAI, Axis Bank, and ABHIs policies on sales, documentation, and customer servicing.
  • Track, follow up, and ensure timely closure of leads while maintaining high

    conversion ratios

    .
  • Provide

    post-sale support

    including customer query resolution, claim assistance, and policy servicing.
  • Actively participate in

    sales campaigns, customer engagement programs, and branch activations

    to increase product visibility.

Candidate Requirements

  • Graduate / MBA preferred with

    2- 4 years of field sales or bancassurance experience

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    insurance/financial products

    , preferably in health insurance.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work with

    multiple branches and stakeholders

    while driving results.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across

    Gossaigaon & Dhubri
