Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bidhannagar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by strategizing and implementing sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, analyzing sales data to monitor progress, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets. The Sales Manager will also play a key role in training and mentoring the sales team to enhance overall performance and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Client Management skills: Strong ability to engage with clients, develop relationships, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic Thinking and Leadership: Proven experience in strategizing sales plans, developing new business opportunities, and effectively leading a team.
  • Analytical and Financial Acumen: Skilled in analyzing sales data, setting targets, and maximizing revenue.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to manage internal teams and external clients effectively.
  • Other Beneficial Skills: Familiarity with the insurance or financial services industry and proficiency in tools for sales analysis and reporting.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with prior experience in sales management roles.
