Job Summary:

Sales Manager Vacation Ownership

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for vacation ownership products by leading a high-performing sales team, setting goals, and achieving monthly and annual targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance lead generation, conversion rates, and overall profitability.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers through presentations, site tours, and personal engagement.
  • Mentor, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and high morale.
  • Oversee sales operations including booking, member services, contract documentation, and post-sale support in coordination with marketing, reservations, and finance departments.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving complaints promptly.
  • Monitor KPIs, maintain accurate sales reports, and provide timely updates to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical selling practices.
  • Be available to work on weekends and public holidays, which are key operational days for vacation ownership sales.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4-6 years of experience in vacation ownership/timeshare sales; at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong sales acumen with hands-on experience in lead conversion and objection handling.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage operational aspects such as documentation, bookings, and follow-ups.
  • Comfortable with travel, client meetings, and working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
