Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, leading the sales team, and coordinating with technical and operations teams to deliver effective solutions. The role combines strategic planning, business development, and execution oversight to achieve organizational sales targets.

Sales Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company objectives
• Define sales targets, budgets, and growth strategies
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics

Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities and key accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Expand market presence through proactive lead generation and networking

Client & Account Management

• Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Understand client requirements and propose appropriate technical-commercial solutions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Team Management

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
• Set individual targets and monitor performance
• Conduct regular reviews and provide coaching to improve results

Technical & Commercial Coordination

• Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and project teams
• Review and approve proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
• Support contract finalization and handover to execution teams

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Track sales pipelines, forecasts, and conversion ratios
• Prepare periodic sales reports for senior management
• Ensure CRM systems and sales documentation are updated

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
