Sales Manager - Audio Visual

As a Territory Manager Sales AV at Pelican Telecom, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and acquiring new customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and executing direct sales activities to acquire new customers and drive revenue. - Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet individual and company sales targets. - Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. - Identifying new prospects and converting them into customers. - Conducting product demonstrations and customizing them to meet specific customer needs. - Managing sales and customer relationships across Maharashtra, traveling as needed. - Tracking and managing the sales funnel, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions. - Addressing and resolving customer queries and concerns promptly. Candidate Requirements: - Proven experience in AV & Integration, Design sales management, preferably in a regional role. - Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to travel regularly and manage multiple priorities effectively. - Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Should have executive AV projects. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
