Sales Manager at Saltbuzz with a Psychology background

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with a background in Psychology to lead and grow our sales operations.

The ideal candidate will leverage psychological insights to understand consumer behavior, enhance client relationships, and design strategies that drive conversions and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

* Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals.

* Utilize psychological principles to analyze consumer behavior and improve customer engagement.

* Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve performance targets.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

* Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.

* Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for management.

Requirements:-

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.

* Proven experience in sales or business development (minimum 3-5 years).

* Strong understanding of consumer psychology and buying behavior.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

* Ability to create data-driven strategies to boost revenue.

Preferred Skills:-

* Knowledge of behavioral economics and persuasive communication techniques.

* Experience in marketing or brand strategy.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
