Role & responsibilities To set up and lead branch focusing freight forwarding. PNL management expertise Sales driven approach and prior experience in sales related and business development functions. Identify new customers and develop Air Freight, Ocean Freight and Trucking products. Results-oriented and proactive sales approach with a strong focus on driving growth. Proven expertise in setting and achieving ambitious sales targets Demonstrated experience in business development across international markets Exceptional networking and relationship management skills, particularly with key accounts and distributors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, logistics, and inventory management) to optimize operations markets. Preferred candidate profile Any Graduate, bachelors degree or equivalent / master’s degree (preferred) 6-8 years of experience in Sales manager / Branch manager role Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Develops strong relationships/partnership for overall success of the team & customer
