Role Overview

Industrial Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute

  sales strategies

  to grow business with OEMs, industrial buyers, and distributors.
• Acquire and onboard

  new OEM clients

  in ropes, wires, elevators, cranes, and lifting products segments.
• Manage and expand

  dealer/distributor networks

  for stronger market reach.
• Maintain

  long-term relationships

  with existing clients for repeat business.
• Conduct

  technical product demos, presentations, and negotiations

  across India.
• Coordinate with

  Production, QC/QA, Logistics, and Finance teams

  to ensure smooth order execution.
• Track industry trends, competition, and provide

  market intelligence reports

  to management.
• Represent the company at

  industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions

  .
• Achieve and exceed

  monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

  .

Key Requirements

• 6+ years proven experience

  in

  Industrial/B2B Sales

  (ropes, wires, elevator, crane, lifting products preferred).
• Strong knowledge of

  OEM procurement processes

  and

  industrial sales cycles

  .
• Demonstrated success in

  dealer/distributor handling

  and

  key account management

  .
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  .
• Fluency in

  English (spoken & written)

  .
• Proficiency in

  CRM, MS Office, and digital communication tools

  .

• Mandatory Qualification:

  B.Tech (Mechanical)

  or

  MBA (Marketing)

  .
• Willingness to

  travel extensively PAN India

  .
