Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Manager to join our real estate sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their property needs, sharing information about our projects, and scheduling site visits. Your goal is to generate quality leads and support the sales team in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Explain project details, locations, pricing, and other relevant information.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate project suggestions.
Schedule and confirm appointments for site visits with the sales team.
Maintain daily call logs and lead sheets with accurate information.
Follow up with interested leads regularly to nurture and convert them.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
*Requirements*:
High School Diploma or Graduate preferred.
Prior experience in Real Estate Sales (real estate experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
Ability to handle rejection and remain confident during customer interactions.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools.
Good persuasion and follow-up skills.
