Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role. - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: - Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus. - Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., FMCG, IT, Real Estate, etc.]. - Strong network and relationships within the industry.
