Entity Name - FALLP


1. Purpose

  • To ensure Accessories business target achievement in assigned zone through AMD and alternate channels
  • To prospect and appoint Authorised Stockists & Retail outlets in assigned zone
  • To Improve the Accessories usage in DMS at AMDs and ADs

2. Role Description

  • Create demand for Accessories Business & Generate dealer orders
  • Study the potential for Accessories at dealer level & train the dealer & dealer's staff for selling Accessories to customers
  • Collection of payments from dealers and coordinate with Accessories warehouse for dispatches
  • Ensure standard merchandising at all dealerships in the assigned area & Co ordinate with TMs & AMs for Accessories promotion
  • Address dealer queries / complaints related to Accessories business
  • Prospecting and appointment of Authorised Accessories Stockists and Accessories Retail outlets
  • Monitor and improve performance of Stockists & retailers
  • Improve usage of DMS through rigorous training / re-training

3. Managing Points

  • Accessories Business Turnover
  • Accessories Business penetration (Order procurement / placement)
  • Promotion of genuine Accessories at dealerships
  • Appointment of AAS & Retail outlets
  • Business through Alternate channel
  • Training to Dealer staff on Accessories Business & display systems

4. Authority

  • Accepting and allocating against dealer orders
  • Display of Accessories and Merchandising at dealerships
  • Proposing parties for appointment of Stockiest / Retailer
  • Training of field executives and dealer staff on Accessories business

5. Requirements

  • Graduate (preferably engineer) with 4-8 years of experience in core sales / Parts Business
