Compensation: Upto 5 Lakhs + attractive incentives and allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for building and developing the agency motor insurance business by recruiting, training, and activating insurance agents.
The role involves achieving business targets through the Agency Channel, focusing on motor insurance products .
1) Recruit and appoint new insurance agents/advisors for the Motor product line. Train, motivate, and guide agents to sell motor insurance products effectively.
2))Drive sales targets for Motor insurance through the agency network.
3)Generate business from new and existing agents.
4)Monitor agent performance and ensure regular activation and productivity.
5)Maintain healthy relationships with agents to ensure long-term association.
6)Conduct periodic meetings, business reviews, and training sessions.
7)Ensure compliance with all company and IRDAI guidelines.
8)Identify and explore new markets or clusters for agency expansion.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Minimum 25 years of experience in General Insurance Agency Channel (Motor).
Proven experience in agent recruitment, activation, and motor business generation.
