Job Title: Sales Manager – AI Health Scribe Location: New Delhi, India CTC : As per company norms Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B Sales / SaaS / Healthcare Technology / Enterprise Solutions Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in HealthTech, Medical SaaS, or AI-based clinical tools preferred Role & Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end sales efforts for AI Health Scribe, targeting hospitals, clinics, telehealth providers, and healthcare organizations. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets and market penetration goals. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, healthcare IT heads, clinicians, and C-level executives. Conduct detailed product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept sessions tailored to client needs and clinical workflows. Coordinate closely with clinical teams to understand healthcare workflows, documentation challenges, and historical data requirements to effectively position AI Health Scribe as the optimal solution. Collaborate with product development and technical teams to relay client feedback, suggest product enhancements, and ensure smooth implementation and integration. Work with marketing to develop targeted campaigns, lead generation strategies, and sales collateral that address market-specific challenges. Manage sales pipelines using CRM tools, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and provide reliable sales forecasts to leadership. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to proactively adjust sales strategies.
