Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the sales team, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to meet those targets. This role includes managing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for training new team members and tracking sales metrics to ensure departmental goals are met.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and client relationship management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
