Job Description

Hiring: Sales Manager

Location:

commercial gym equipment supplier

Key Responsibilities & Targets:

Lead and motivate the
sales team to achieve ambitious monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Generate
revenue independently and through your team
.
Identify, engage, and
schedule visits with maximum potential clients
, including gyms, fitness chains, and government institutions.
Build and maintain
strong client relationships
, negotiate effectively, and
close deals

Track team performance

What We’re Looking For:

4–7 years of experience in
high-value B2B/B2C sales
, preferably
commercial gym equipment or industrial products

Proven track record of
closing big-ticket deals independently and managing sales teams to exceed targets
.
Strong
communication, negotiation, and client management skills
.
Highly
results-driven, proactive, and target-oriented
