Role & responsibilities

Define and execute short, medium & long-term business strategies with Top Management.
Finalize annual business plans and drive diversification, acquisitions & new market penetration.
Develop new customers, manage exports, and ensure DGFT compliance.
Achieve sales targets, manage pricing, margins, revenues & risk mitigation.
Lead customer negotiations, tenders, order finalization & post-order follow-ups.
Track industry reforms, competitor analysis & market trends for growth opportunities.
Strengthen customer relationships, service, retention & agent management.
Ensure accurate Sales & Marketing MIS, ERP entries & documentation.
Guide and monitor Sales & Marketing team KRAs/KPIs, manpower planning & recruitment.
Approve sales orders, commissions, expenses & team-related approvals as per policy.
