Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the apparel manufacturing sector, showcasing a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for our apparel products.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, facilitating the development of new products.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and design, to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records ofsales activities, forecasts, and reports.

Qualifications:

• NIFT graduates.

• 8+ years of experience in B2B sales within the apparel manufacturing industry.

• Strong understanding of the apparel market, production processes, and supply chain dynamics.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

.• Proven ability to build relationships and establish trust with clients.

• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
