Job Responsibilities: The roles and responsibilities of Sales Trainee can vary depending on the organization and the specific job requirements. However, here are some common roles and responsibilities associated with these positions : Sales Trainee: Assist in identifying and developing new B2B business opportunities in industrial sectors. Understand client technical requirements and propose customized solutions using our product range. Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and technical documents. Visit existing and potential clients (dealers, OEMs, institutional buyers) for relationship building and product discussions. Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Track client feedback, market trends, and competitor activity to support strategic planning. Maintain CRM data and assist in sales reporting, order follow-up, and collections. Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings as required Knowledge & Skills : Internship/project experience in B2B sales, marketing, or client servicing in a manufacturing or industrial environment Understanding of industrial sales cycles, client onboarding, and order-to-delivery processes Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) Eligibility Criteria: Education: B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related) MBA (Marketing, Sales, International Business, or related field) Excellent communication and presentation skills Technical aptitude combined with business acumen Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (preferred) Willingness to travel and work from plant or field locations
