Sales Management Trainee

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up with potential customers.
  
• Support senior sales executives in preparing sales pitches, proposals, and product presentations.
  
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  
• Maintain accurate customer databases, update CRM systems, and manage daily sales reports.
  
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing queries and providing basic after-sales support.
  
• Participate in field visits, client meetings, and sales training programs to gain hands-on experience.
  
• Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets under supervision.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or customer service
  
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  
• Good MS Office / CRM tool knowledge (preferred)
  
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
