Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Man located in Varanasi. The Sales Man will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying potential customers, building and maintaining customer relationships, and managing sales pipelines. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for forecasting sales performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Sales Man, Leadership, and Team Management skills
  • Market Research, Customer Identification, and Relationship Building skills
  • Sales Strategy Development and Implementation experience
  • Forecasting and Performance Reporting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
