Job Purpose: Responsible for achieving sales targets by visiting retailers as per the route plan, ensuring product availability, visibility, and execution of sales fundamentals in the assigned market. Key Responsibilities: Visit mapped retail outlets daily as per the beat/route plan. Ensure availability, visibility, and placement of products on retailer shelves. Take orders from retailers and ensure timely delivery with distributor’s logistics. Ensure execution of schemes, promotions, and new product launches at the outlet level. Monitor stock levels, freshness, and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) in outlets. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers. Ensure collection of outstanding dues (if applicable) as per company norms. Share competitor activity, pricing, and market intelligence with distributor/company. Support distributor in achieving monthly sales targets. Handle basic merchandising activities like placing POP/POS material.
