Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identify, appoint, and manage regional distributors and dealers for B2B & BTC C&I and related product segments. Develop sales strategies aligned with business targets and market trends. Train and support partners with product knowledge, schemes, and go-to-market initiatives. Drive secondary sales, monitor performance, and resolve conflicts. Preferred candidate profile Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical) with MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred). Experience: 712 years in Distribution Sales / Institutional Sales, preferably in batteries, electricals, renewables, automotive, or energy storage industries. Proven experience in setting up sales networks and managing large key accounts.
