The Role

Business Development Manager

What You’ll Do

• Build and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Actively prospect, network, and generate new client opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying new opportunities for account mining.
• Collaborate with internal Delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior sales team members.

What We’re Looking For

• 8–12 years of experience in Managed services and staff augmentation sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading or mentoring small sales teams.
• Experience building accounts in the

  domestic (India) market

  , especially with mid-size enterprises.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field
• Base Location – Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
